Just wanted to post a personal happy dance.
I am 28 days soda-free.
This is a big deal for me. The longest I have ever gone before was 6 weeks. I am two weeks off my all time record.
It is killing me. I almost broke 4 or 5 times now. But why would I want to do that. Far easier to just keep going and drinking ANYTHING but soda than to keep restarting and doing this to myself. I am drinking iced tea to beat the band.
I have learned that tea in plastic bottles, unless packaged by Galliker's Dairy, SUCKS. Glass bottled tea is better. Tea made in the iced tea maker is best.

That's great, Rachel! I am not completely soda-free, but I'm down to only a few a week as a treat. Do you drink something else for caffeine or are you caffeine-free, too? I really like hot and cold tea for caffeine, but not with sugar. One large cup of tea in the morning and I'm good to go.

WTG Rachel! I did that about a year ago but now I'm hooked on Country Time Lemonade ;o)
If you're off of it long enough and try to go back, it will taste different. At least that's what I found and I still don't drink very much soda anymore.
